Hello there!
The need to translate the images in my head into images visible to the rest of the world is the most challenging part of a creative mind. So in order to collaborate with others, you need to know how things work. This is what makes me trying out and improve my skills in several fields of the production of a movie or photography. Speaking of enhanced 3D modeling and animation and metalwork & welding at the moment.
Probably this multidiversity and the need to get things done regardless of the amount of improvisation necessary started with my studies in cinematography at Helb INRACI in Brussels where I got in touch with every aspect of film making, specializing in camera operating and lighting. Later I build up a production company with two friends, Paperplane Productions, being responsible for everything related to images. So my work ranged from creating visual concepts over to lighting and capturing scenes, finalized be editing, SFX and color correction and grading. In my spare time, I did a lot of party after-movies or experimental videos with other artists of different domains.
In 2014, I moved to Switzerland. Based in Zurich, I now work part-time at yoveo, a video agency leading in the field of video-technology, where I’m responsible for the production part of the videos. Before I worked as Art Director for video/photography at X-Technology creating advertisements, shootings, product pictures, and social media assets for the brand X-BIONIC® and X-SOCKS® mainly.
Besides my regular job, I enjoy working as a freelancer and like to dive into new projects and domains. Feel free to leave me a message, no matter whether you're a brand with a specific project or if you're another creative mind with a cool idea for collaborative work!
